The morning dew fades away, and the sun slowly rises over the beautiful Midland Country Club Golf Course. The quiet sounds of Snake Creek wandering through the course and the warm, gentle breeze bring the excitement of what’s to come. 18-holes and 6,400 yards of beautiful golf course surround the Clubhouse as each hole is tended to by our professional grounds crew. As you make your way through the course, the 18th hole island green is spectacular to see and play. Then, as you walk to the green on our signature Red Bridge, look around and take in what all Midland Country Club has to offer.
Our summer golf program features golf events for both men and women, inclusive tournaments, couples’ events, and junior golf. In addition, if you are new to golf or a seasoned player, MCC offers private lessons year-round and group instruction during the summer with any of our four PGA professionals. So no matter what your experience is in golf, we have an event just for you.
In the fall of 2022, our Short Game Practice Area went through a complete renovation. This area now features two target greens; one green is for 60-70 yard pitch shots, and the other green is for chipping and bunker shots. This area was created for members to practice shots similar to what you would expect on our golf course. In total, there are is 16,000 square feet of putting green along with the practice putting green by the 1st tee. Looking to practice your long shots? Next to the new Short Game Area are outdoor netted hitting bays that allow for up to six members to use at one time.
Recently our industry has seen a growth in youth golf programs, and our program is known for its dedication to youth golf. We offer both junior golf camps and a junior league during the summer. Camps are offered throughout the summer and focus on the fundamentals of golf, and our junior league is geared towards our more advanced youth golfers and is typically a 6-week long summer program.
Inside the Clubhouse is our Golf Shop and Indoor Golf area. The Golf Shop prides itself on carrying a variety of golf and business attire along with shoes and accessories and is available for MCC members to shop along with the public. The Indoor Golf area consists of five hitting bays, three simulators for year-round play, and video equipment for private instruction. This area is also used for custom club fitting, and because of our excellent relationship with the golf industry, MCC can order equipment from all major golf companies. We also offer grip repair, shoe care, and bag storage.
