Event Space

With a large built-in mahogany table, the Red Oak Board Room is known for its formal beauty. This room is the perfect setting for casual or formal meetings. This space can also be used for private dining events for up to 12 attendees. Audio and video projection are included with the room and it is a short distance from the dining area located between the Cypress Wine Room and the Ash Room.

The Cypress Wine Room is one of the most unique spaces in the Great Lakes Bay Region. It’s classic beauty is showcased with a stunning cherry wood table, arched ceilings and a handmade wrought iron chandelier that stretches the length of the table. This room allows for an intimate dining experience for you and 11 of your closest family or friends.

Known for its versatility, the Ash room is located next to the Red Oak Board Room. The space is equipped with the latest audio and video technology and can be customized for breakfast, lunch or dinner events, meetings or presentations for up to 20 attendees. The Ash Room has close access to the west banquet patio overlooking the golf course.

The 1928 Room is the second largest banquet space in the Clubhouse and takes its name from the year the original Club was founded. This room is the perfect space for private meetings or large family gatherings. It is equipped with the latest audio and video equipment and can easily facilitate dining set-ups for up to 50 attendees. The 1928 Room is located on the banquet side of the Clubhouse in the front of the building.

The St. Andrews Ballroom is the most spectacular ballroom in Midland. The south patio connects all three ballrooms with a beautiful view overlooking the final holes of the Midland Country Club Golf Course. In Ballroom C, the large bay windows provide an amazing westward view of the 18th Hole and its island green. This space allows for large dinners with dancing and entertainment or can be separated into smaller spaces for cocktail parties, meetings, family events and more.

Named after the year of the Club’s transformation, this room provides an elegant and customizable space for up to 30 attendees with its own patio. Meeting, dining and other various set-ups can be accommodated.
