Cabanas may be reserved online through the Midland Country Club website or app up to seven (7) days in advance. Reservations for birthday parties or gatherings during pool hours that are requested more than seven (7) days in advance must be made through the Splash Café Manager at 989-839-1152. Members hosting a private event after pool hours may reserve the final cabana time slot of the day, subject to availability. The standard cabana rental fee will apply.
The cabana rental fee is $75 per cabana, per time slot. There is no food and beverage minimum required. Clubhouse catering items may be ordered in advance through the online pre-order menu. All pre-order food items must be submitted at least 24 hours prior to your reservation. The Splash Café menu will also be available during your reservation. Outside food and beverages are strictly prohibited. A 20% gratuity will automatically be added to all food and beverage purchases.
By booking this reservation, I acknowledge that I am at least 21 years of age and understand that I must be present to rent and occupy the cabana. Each cabana accommodates up to six (6) people. The standard $10 guest fee per person applies to all guests using the Aquatic Center, regardless of cabana rental. Food and beverages must remain within the cabana area and are not permitted elsewhere on the pool deck.
Reservations canceled after 8:00 p.m. on the evening prior to the reservation, as well as no-show reservations, will be charged the full $75 rental fee. If Midland Country Club determines that weather conditions are unsuitable for cabana use, the rental fee will be waived.
By booking this reservation, I understand that I am responsible for the conduct of all guests using the cabana during my reservation and agree to follow all Midland Country Club rules and policies. Failure to comply with these policies may result in applicable charges, cancellation of future cabana reservations, and/or suspension of future cabana rental privileges. I acknowledge that I have read, understand, and agree to abide by the terms of this Cabana Rental Agreement.
